Put PS/2 mouse in to embedded projects with simple mouse driver
I bet everyone has a spare mouse laying in the drawer, so why not to give it a job. All you need is to connect it to PIC microcontroller and emulate a PS/2 protocol.
This particular project works on PIC 18F2520 microcontroller. Here is a short video how it operates. Sadly couldn’t find any source code for it. Maybe it will show up when extended code will be finished.
